Online Journal of African Affairs 'OJAA' (ISSN 2346-7479) is blind peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary, open access, international journal that provides rapid continuous publication of academic articles covering African studies with relation to African politics, heritage studies and management, environmental science, water studies, geography, geology, archaeology, musicology, cultural landscape, traditional knowledge system, anthropology and ancient history, arts, cultural and social studies, history, economic and security matters, international affairs with linkage to immediate regions, colonization, ethnicity, regionalization, media, religious studies, transnational migration, poverty and conflict, social change and development in Africa, politics of the African Diaspora, US foreign relations with Africa, EU relations with Africa, Africana literature, Pan-Africa linguistics, economics and financial management, expressive culture, psychology, philosophy, races and racial discrimination, education, military, growth and development, health and medical issues peculiar to Africans, issues relating to ECOWAS, SADC, etc.


Generally, OJAA covers all fields of Social Sciences, Education, Agriculture Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Law, Life Sciences, Medicine and Medical Sciences, Physical Sciences, etc with focus on Africa and Africans. One of the aims of OJAA is for us to have centralized information for Africans and  Africa countries that will bring about growth and development.


Online Journal of African Affairs is an international journal, which aims to appeal to a wide African audience. It welcomes submissions from all over the world, in particular from Africa. It accepts articles not only from professional academics, but from authors in a variety of occupations. The Journal is continuing to accept manuscripts in all fields as related to issues in Africa. Researchers are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original research, reviews, essay, proposal, and opinions relating to the continent 'Africa' and the countries in Africa in any field of study.


Online Journal of African Affairs was founded on two (2) key tenets, which are:


1. To publish the most exciting researches relating to Africans and Africa

2. To have a centralized information for African countries that will bring about progress and development.
